Lori Jones has been certified as a kundalini yoga and meditation instructor since 2002 and she was also certified as a standup paddleboard yoga instructor in 2014. She teaches yoga and meditation practices at yoga studios, workshops, retreats, recovery centers, professional meetings and at outdoor venues. In addition, she teaches yoga and meditation practices on a standup paddleboard (SUP) in the San Diego and Mission Bays including SUP basics, safety and use of equipment (board, paddle, personal floatation devise and anchor). She co-founded and is the primary organizer of San Diego SUP Yoga Meetup with ~800 members. She is the author of the Yogic Journey through the 12 Steps, a book that offers yogic teaching to support recovery from addictions. Ms. Jones loves to share spiritual practices and has found yoga and meditation to be an essential part of her personal journey to recover from addictions and live her birthright to be happy healthy and whole. She enjoys practicing yoga in nature.
