If you are a new yoga student, private sessions are always the best way to begin. We will first conduct a free 15 minute phone consultation you to fit you with the best teacher and class style for your needs, and then have that teacher work one-on-one with you before entering a group class. Another option, if you do not wish to do a private session, you may join any of our open classes at any time. Please read the descriptions of classes carefully before attending, or call (619) 698-1170 at and let us help you pick the best class to begin.
As a new yoga student do I have to make a reservation, or can I just show up to my first class?
Reservations are highly suggested and very much appreciated. We have two yoga rooms which hold 8 and 19 students. Having your reservation and being signed into your class 10-minutes before start time will guarantee your spot. Reservations must be prepaid. You may cancel a reservation up to 1-hour prior to class without a late charge. 30 minutes prior to class time the ability to make reservations online ceases. Please call, walk-ins are welcome if space is available.
Scents: Please refrain from wearing scented body products, perfumes or aftershaves in the yoga studio as some students are highly sensitive. We appreciate your help in keeping our community sanctuary scent-free so we can maintain a safe and comfortable space for all. Thank you.
Parking: Please arrive for class in plenty of time in case you need to find parking on the street. Do not park in our neighbors designated spots for other businesses, even if you think they are closed.
