These classes balance your brown and blue level practice.
Classes always begin with relaxation techniques that take into the energy of “Meditation in Movement.” Working from the floor up, we practice simple, deceptively deep stretches and asanas that release hidden tension and strengthen the inner core. Multi-level asanas doable for most are added, along with sound, breath, or longer relaxation or meditation time.
