A Monthly Yoga Workshop around a Step of the Month
Join Lori Jones for The Yogic Journey thought the 12 Steps – A series of yoga and meditation practices designed to help individuals in recovery develop and expand their spiritual practice of the 12 Steps. Students will practice yoga, write, and share about the step of the month.
All fitness levels, faiths and recovery programs are welcome.
Book suggestion: The Yogic Journey through the Twelve Steps $30 plus shipping and handling ($5 discount if purchased at class, retreat or workshop).

Led by Lori J. – Siri Kaur –
Lori has practiced Kundalini Yoga since 1998 and completed her teacher training with Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga. She has been clean and sober since 1989 and has found it immeasurably helpful to combine the 12 steps with yoga and meditation. Lori also teaches the following classes and workshops at A Gentle Way Yoga Center; Yogis in Recovery and Paddalini Yoga – SUP Yoga.
