Lanita Varshell is the founder of A Gentle Way Yoga & Joyful Movement. She is a pioneer in accessible and large body yoga. Lanita has been deconstructing Hatha Yoga since 1996 so that all ages and body types experience the joy of yoga with ease.

Diane Ambrosini is the best selling author of Instructing Hatha Yoga. This is a great student-personal practice manual, and used at many yoga trainings throughout the U.S.

They invite everyone - regardless of age, size, physical ability, ethnicity, or gender - to take a break from the everyday noise and join them on the mystical land of Feathered Pipe Ranch for a life-changing week. This is truly a bucket list destination! They are warm, friendly and loving hosts that have a unique way of making ever individual feel seen, heard and comfortable.

Included are locally sourced meals expertly prepared, yoga philosophy, yoga workshops with joyful movement, therapeutic yoga, optional massages, bodywork, and intuitive readings*.
