A fun, back-to-basics class with Kathy Stewart.

We start lying down, move to seated, and then to standing. We’ll break down one key pose each week, and help you prepare to execute it safely & confidently by the end of class.

Learn different breath techniques (pranayama), mudras (hand positions), and inspiring mantras (affirmations, intentions).

This class gives you the full yoga experience beyond the poses (asana).
