These physical fitness classes are a great compliment to use WITH our softer yoga offerings.

Sean enjoys working with beginner-to-intermediate students who can transition from floor to standing and kneel on their hands and knees.

Functional Movement is an excellent class for the “fit-keeping-fit” who need variety and a safer practice. For the less fit, is a safer door from “yoga” to “physical fitness.”

Sean is a fitness expert that comes from a weight training and cross-fit background. His approach is anatomy and physiologically based. His presentation is much less intimidating than many fitness coaches due to his AGW training.

A caring coach focusing on teaching mobility, strength, stretch, and conditioning, Sean has created an upbeat, unique class ‘pumping up’ some of Lanita’s core MIMSY asanas. A variety of grounding, stretching, and strengthening practices are offered. Focus is on safety and listening to your body.

Seans teaches: Mondays 4:00 pm, Tuesdays & Fridays 8:30 am, Wednesdays 7:00 am (PST-Pacific Standard Time) LIVE ON ZOOM

When Sean is not teaching for AGW, he does personal one-on-one fitness and lifestyle coaching or teaches group cross-fit. He is San Diego-based and is available for in-person or ZOOM private sessions and personal coaching.
