Restorative Yoga, yin, breath, & Meditation
The slowest moving class on our schedule. For students who are ready to take a deep dive into the breath and the body, these longer poses will take you into a deep place of oneness with your physical and spiritual self.
Each pose is supported with blankets, bolsters, towels, chairs, blocks, straps or a wall.
Just a few different, body-important poses are offered each week.
Class ends with the vibrational sounds of a Tibetan bowl taking you into your final long Savasana (deep relaxation), or quiet seated Meditation.
